Business Philosophy
The firm’s business philosophy is to become one of South Africa’s preferred law firms by providing superior legal service in every case. We place a high premium on client satisfaction.

Our scope of duties is adapted to the requirements of the client which include inter alia:
- Handling of day to general legal inquiries.
- Attending to coordinating meetings to discuss outstanding legal matters and to submit short presentations on developments, that affect the client and its business.
- Providing regular progress reports and feedback to clients in the manner they prefer.

To give effect to access to justice, the firm is committed to a policy of social responsibility by providing pro bono legal services to those who cannot afford to pay legal fees.
Tarrif Structure
The firm has a fee structure that can be negotiated with each client to suite his or her needs. When negotiating our fees, we take into account the individual’s financial circumstances, the nature of the matter, its urgency, its importance and the impact that may arise on individual’s justice if such services would not be accessed under such extremely poor financial conditions he or she faces.
Conflict of Interest
By all possible means, the firm adheres to zero tolerance to a “no conflict of interest” policy to avoid any actual or potential prejudice to its clients.
